Set up Eventbrite Integration

Eventbrite is an online ticketing platform that people all over the world use to create events, sell tickets and manage registrations for events of all types and sizes. This article will show how to setup the connection to your Eventbrite account. See here for what information ClickDimensions syncs from Eventbrite.

NOTE: Eventbrite has changed their service so that an email address is not required for a person to register for an Eventbrite Event.  You must collect an email address from your registrants in order for this connector to work!

Create Lead or Contact for unknown registrants: For any registrants who do not have an existing Lead or Contact record within your CRM, the connector will create a new Lead or a new Contact record in CRM using the email address submitted with the event registration.  You can choose to have this registrant saved as a Lead or as a Contact. If the email address already exists on a Lead or Contact record, then the Event Participation and Event records will be connected to that existing Lead or Contact record.

Send reminder email to this address, when Eventbrite authorization expires: Supply an email address here to be notified when the connection expires. Eventbrite will ask you to re-authenticate your credentials one year after setting up the connection with ClickDimensions.

Click Next. Fill in your information to log in.

NOTE: You will need to use the main account associated with EventBrite. If you set up your Connector with a secondary account your Events may not come in. To check this, you can go to My Account > Contact Info in EventBrite and look to the top right for the main account holder’s information.

Eventbrite Login

This integration will pull in information about any upcoming events. To see where Eventbrite related records are displayed in your CRM, see the Event Records article.
