Responsive Forms, Surveys, and Subscription Pages | Improvement!

A highly requested feature, we’re excited to report that we’ve added responsive elements to our Web Content. Forms, Surveys, and Subscription Pages will now automatically resize to fit on tablets and smartphones as well as varying computer resolutions. This not only makes your forms more visually appealing, but also makes them easier to fill out for anyone not at their desktop.

CRM 2015 Compatibility | New Feature!

Our new solution includes full compatibility for CRM 2015. Customers on 2015 will not need to request a new solution as the update will happen over the cloud, but they will need to press the Metadata button in ClickDimensions settings.

Quick Send | New Feature!

The Quick Send feature allows you to send emails to individual Leads and Contacts faster. By setting your email properties in a Quick Send Template, you can send messages with just a few clicks from the Lead or Contact record. This is especially applicable for a sales representative, for example, who may send similar follow-up emails to clients they’ve just called. This feature is available for CRM 2011, 2013 and 2015.

Additional Features | Improved Functionality!

Image Map Editor The new Free Style editor has been updated to include the image map editor. This makes it easy to link certain parts of a picture to different areas of your website.

As always, we’ve also implemented several smaller improvements and fixes. For a detailed break down of all the updates, please see our release notes.
