Email Server IP Addresses

Mail sent through ClickDimensions is delivered from servers at the following IP addresses. (Note: If your company employs certain types of filters, you may need to enter these IP addresses to permit sending mail through ClickDimensions to your internal recipients. The default sending domains are also included for each IP set.  Depending on the spam filter used it may also be helpful to permit sending via the sending domain (this is different than the From Address used in the Email Send Record.)

Some filters automatically block email that looks like it is being sent from joe@company.com, but is originating outside of company.com’s network. In addition, see the note at the end of this article about setting up an SPF record for your “From” domain, an important step you must take to ensure the best delivery rates of your email.)
